2009-2010 Minimum Health Requirements For School
The Chicago Board of Education recognizes the relationship between academic achievement and access to health promotion and prevention activities. Healthy students have better attendance and perform better in school. Children must provide proof of required immunizations and health exams before October15, 2009, or they will face exclusion from school.
